Low Season

Deposits:
100% of the first night of the reservation will be taken on the day of the booking to confirm your reservation on the credit card details supplied

Cancellation Policy:
If less than 48  hours notice is given for a cancellation then 100% of the total price of the reservation may be charged.

If more than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation then 10% of the total price of the reservation will be retained.

Peak Season: (25/12/18- 26/01/18 ), (4/6/18- 13/6/18), and public holidays

We do accept JCB, Amex (2% surcharge applies) and Diners (3%surcharge applies)

Balance of booking to be paid on arrival. Late checkins welcome by arrangement.

If you are arriving after 7 pm please call to organise your key arrangements. We operate on NSW Time during daylight saving. This is 1 Hour Later than QLD Time. Usually  between the months of October through to and including March
